Now I Lay Me Down To Sleep Ireland is dedicated to supporting families experiencing early infant loss. We connect families with volunteer photographers who generously donate their time and talent to create beautiful infant remembrance portraits.

A Message to Newly Bereaved Parents

We extend our deepest condolences to you and your family during this incredibly difficult time. The loss of an infant is immeasurable, and words cannot adequately express our sorrow.

We are here to share in your pain, aid you in your healing, bring hope to your future, and honor your precious baby.

We understand that the thought of taking photographs might feel overwhelming right now. However, many parents who have experienced similar losses find comfort in having these precious memories. You don’t have to look at them immediately, but they can be a source of solace in the future when you are ready.

These moments and memories are precious.

The death of a child is one of life’s most heartbreaking events made all the more poignant when it occurs at or near the time of birth.
